Great shoes

Just received my first pair of Alias' from Garmont and am about to take advantage of Extreme Outfitters offer and order a second pair. From the moment I tried on these boots it was comfort at first fit! I found these boots to be better made than their brethren TxTs which had problems with their sole.

These shoes are sturdy and well supported in the arch and at the sides. Traction is outstanding with the course-textured sole. Ventilation allows your feet to breathe and to stay cool while walking, etc. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

I live in Puerto Rico and have the priviledge of not only knowing the terrain from childhood but shareing my knowledge with my daughters. I'm 53 at this time and can still navigate the bush. My girls can out distance me uphill but my heavy gear makes our campsites not only comfortable but downright comfortable and secure.
