Love these boots! I bought them back in 2007(3yrs ago) and they're still holding up. They give me good solid ankle support, and at the same time are as flexible and lightweight as a running shoe. I used these jumping from rooftop to rooftop in Baghdad to trekking through the harsh deserts/mountains of Texas and New Mexico. They hold up against the punishment and still let my feet breathe. If you only buy one pair of boots in your military career, make it these.

I have had plantar faciitis since coming in the Army as an Infantryman and I can tell you that these boots feel amazing! My feet don't hurt and they seem to have helped with the pain! They are comfortable and feel like they are broken in when you put them on the first time! In the 12 years I have been in I have never liked a boot as much as I do this one! Keep making them and I'll keep buying them!

I have had these boots for almost two years now and could not make it without them. The are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. They are light and cool and have the most support out of any boot I have had.

I have been wearing Oakley boots for a couple years now and decided to try something new. One of my Ranger buddies said these were the best boots he has ever owned, so I decided to give them a try. From the minute I called I received some of the best customer service that I have ever had. You can't beat a company who still gives you a military discount and free shipping. The boot itself is nothing short of spectacular and feels as light as my Oakleys. The construction feels better and seems to be more sturdy than normal boots. I also purchased the green Superfeet insole which my feet seem to be loving. Great customer service, great boot, and a great insole makes this one of the best purchases I have made. If you walk or wear your boots as much as I do, then get a pair... your feet will thank you.

Wow is all I can say. These boots are fantastic. Very cool, very comfortable, wore them in the miserable summer heat in 100degree weather and 90% humidity, these boots saved my feet from incredible pain. No break in and was humping for four weeks straight. They also dried out very very fast after a water obstacle course.
Only downside. And I mean the ONLY one, the soles are very slippery on wet rock. In a desert environment they served me great, in a wet forest during summer heat not so much.
Fantastic Boot.

Got these boots two years ago. They felt great right away and I never had any issues. I wish I had boots like these when I was in the Army! Best boots I've ever owned.

In 18 years these are the best boots I have owned. They seem to run a little smaller than issue boots. I went with my issue size for the first pair and they are a little tight. They are very comfortable, supportive, and light. The minimal padding is a big deal to me, most boots in this category have so much padding that they are way too hot for Iraq. These have almost no padding and are as cool as typical desert jungle boots. If you get replacement laces go at least 72 inches, there are a lot of eyelets. Highly recommended. I bought these boots to go to Yakima. THEY ARE THE BEST PIECE OF EQUIPMENT I OWN. I purchased them and the next day wore them to work. My SL asked me where I got them..he went home at lunch and bought 2 pair for selection. We have both put MILES on these things and they are holding up...and our feet are thanking us. They are light, solid, and QUIET. I love them...I only with they had some COLDWEATHER ones...hint hint... If you depend on your feet like I do...these are the way to go!

Bought these thinking the same old story ,fooled me spent 16 hours hiking in over 100 degree weather on the AZborder,no break in before use,no hot spots,no blisters got up the next day and was beating the brush again, could not believe how fast the inside of the boot dried out after being in the for about 18 hours

What can I say? Unbelievable feel and fit... Lightweight and comfortable... After 12 plus hours in the field with BRAND NEW boots (no break in required) these were a GREAT purchase! Add the SuperFeet insoles for those of you with higher arches, and they'll be better than your running shoes!
