-Please return your package insured, trackable and prepaid. We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring your return and saving the receipt and tracking information for your records. We will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in return shipping.
-Items being returned for any reason except for our error, will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee back to your card. Or you can be given store credit for the full amount of the item(s).
-Extreme Outfitters CANNOT make decisions regarding manufacture warranties. For warranty cases we will do our best to have your issue resolved, but you may have to deal directly with the manufacture.
-Extreme Outfitters WILL NOT be responsible for return shipping back to us, or to you in event of an exchange, even if you received free shipping on your order. Payment information on file will be used unless otherwise noted.
