Extreme Holdings, LLC Shipping Policy

 

·       Orders will be processed and shipped in the order in which they were placed. Please note that FedEx and USPS pick up Monday-Friday, with the exception of holidays and weather delays. We cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped the day it is placed; if time is limited we do recommend upgrading to expedited shipping methods. If expedited shipping is selected, we may need to contact you prior to shipment; phone numbers and email addresses provided should be accurate to ensure an on time delivery.

·       Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number by which your package can be tracked; please allow up to 24 hours (longer if order is processed on weekends) for the tracking number to be submitted to its respective shipping company.

·       We ship via FedEx and USPS. Please take note that once a package leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for the shipment. FedEx and USPS will leave packages at your home if a signature is not required. If the package is stolen/delivered and not received by you, a claim cannot be filed. Please use the tracking numbers provided to schedule personal delivery times provided by your carrier.

·       Please ensure that all shipping information you provide when placing an order is accurate. If a package is returned to us because of an invalid address, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees.

·       All packages shipped *free ground shipping* will be shipped using FedEx SmartPost; pick up and transport provided by FedEx with fi­­nal delivery made by USPS.

 

USPS makes deliveries Monday-Saturday. Time is at the discretion of YOUR local post office. Please contact them with any questions about your delivery.

 

FedEx Home Delivery (any package being delivered to a residential address) makes deliveries Tuesday-Saturday. Time is at the discretion of your local FedEx delivery office. Please contact them with any questions about your delivery.

FedEx Express and Ground (any package being delivered to a business address) makes deliveries Monday-Friday. Time is at the discretion of your local FedEx delivery office. Please contact them with any questions about your delivery.

 

If you feel that your package has been lost or incorrectly shipped/delivered please email sales@extremeoutfitters.us for information on filing a claim. Please note that as the shipper and not the shipping company, final decisions are not at our discretion
