How do I track my order?
Extreme Outfitters uses Fedex and US Postal Service which allows us to provide proactive notification to our customers when their shipments are on the way. This information will not be available until an order has shipped. The tracking systems may not provide feedback on the package location for 12-24 hours after that.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
Orders are usually processed in the same day if order is placed before 3:30 est M-F. Backorders or shipments from warehouses other than the Extreme Outfitters locations may lengthen the time for fulfillment. Depending upon the destination and shipping method, the time for a package to arrive varies. Orders delivered outside the United States will usually experience delays from local Customs Agencies. When available, a tracking number will be provided to the customer and should appear in the order status after the order has shipped. Most packages cannot be tracked after leaving the United States. When a customer suspects that their package has been lost in shipping they should contact customer service.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders in by 3:30 EST M-F will be processed and sent out the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM EST time will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:30 PM EST time will not be processed until Monday or the following business day. In instances where items are backordered, the customer will be notified and given the option to have their order shipped together or in separate shipments as backordered items become available. Orders fulfilled from locations other than the Extreme Outfitters may occasionally require additional time for processing; where this is known to exceed 3 business days, the customer will be notified.
Does Extreme Outfitters ship International or APO/FPO?
Yes. Extreme Outfitters ships internationally. USPS Is our primary shipping solution for International and APO/FPO shipping. Free shipping promotional offers do not apply to International Orders, Only to FPO/APO orders.
When will my backorder arrive?
The duration that products are backordered depends upon the product and the manufacturer. In general items are backordered for less than 2 weeks, however in some instances, with high demand or difficult to obtain products, more time may be necessary--particularly on items being purchased in high volume by the United States military. The estimated arrival dates are not always known, but feel free to contact customer service who will do their best to provide you with information.

If you need to return an item for any reason please note that all items are subject to approval. All items must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. If you are unsure about the condition of your product please contact us before sending it back so that you do not run the risk of paying for shipping that is unnecessary. Please note that all returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
If there is an error with your order and Extreme is at fault, we will cover your return shipping to us (and shipping back to you in the event you were sent a wrong size and therefore need an exchange). Please contact us so we can determine the issue and send you a pre-paid shipping label.
Otherwise and for any other reason, Extreme Outfitters WILL NOT be responsible for return shipping back to us, or to you in event of an exchange, even if you received free shipping on your order.
If there is an error with your order and Extreme is at fault, we will refund 100% of your total back to your card.
Otherwise and for any other reason, you have two available options:
*A refund back to your card with a 10% Restocking Fee charged
*Store credit for 100% of what is returned will be allotted (minus shipping paid)
When Sending Your Package Back To Extreme:
Returns must be accompanied with our Merchandise Return Form.
Please return your package insured, track-able and prepaid. We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring your return and saving the receipt and tracking information for your records.
Please do NOT use the item's packaging (such as the footwear box) as a means to ship your item back. Items MUST be sent in a standalone separate shipping box. Items returned to us using the item's packaging (such as the footwear box) may not be accepted by Extreme Outfitters.
A warranty is not an exchange or return. If you choose to warrant your product, it will result in either the damage being fixed or a replacement, determined by the manufacturer. Extreme Outfitters is in no way the manufacturer of any goods we sell. If your product needs to be warranted we are more than happy to assist you in the process.
In any potential warranty claim, the customer must contact us BEFORE sending back any product.
We require the following:
1. Full customer contact information
2. Pictures of the defective product (pictures must show the defective area)
3. A detailed description of the defective product (left or right boot, delamination of the sole, etc.)
4. Proof of purchase from Extreme Outfitters (a Sales Receipt, an Order # reference, etc.)
Sending a product back to us without authorization from our Warranty Department runs a risk to the customer, as the customer may not have a legitimate warranty claim (and therefore will have to pay return shipping with an unresolved issue).
**Please note that most products have one year manufacturer warranties from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for ALL warranties.
